Mac OS X Tiger (10.4+) users can now download the Brent Kirkwood: Photoblog Widget (v1.3.0), which displays a thumbnail of the most recent photoblog image on your dashboard. A new version has been put online today (v1.3.0), so if you downloaded yesterday, it is recommended that you upgrade. Thanks again to Mark Miller for developing it.

Also, I have recently upgraded to a new version of the photoblog software that runs this site (folderblog). You can now click on the left half of an image to go to the previous day's image or on the right half of an image to go to the following day's image. EXIF info has also returned, though is producing some erroneous results for some of the info on older photos. For example, if you see 10s shutter speeds for some images, this may not be valid. The archives page has been slightly changed to have larger, square thumbnails. Users with older browsers may have trouble viewing it correctly unfortunately, but I hope it looks better for most people. Send me an email if you notice any other strange behavior.
